  1. I always try to figure out where you are, but I am stumped, and I live out in the sticks outside Chicago!

I was on I90 heading to Rockford, Illinois. The factory and the church are actually in Rockford. When I went back to work for the cab company I spent the first month tooling around in a cab, getting re-acquainted with the business so to speak. I was running a package up to the factory. I’m picking up a digital camera soon, when I do I’ll probably take trip back to Rockford. It’s town that’s lost in time, as many smaller mid-west towns can be. It was a visually interesting place as it’s been in a slow decline over many many years.

  2. Lovely pictures, Marty!

  3. Beautiful photos.

Thanks Sami! My little camera phone cranks out a few good pics now and then… Of course I’ve always wondered why they call them camera phones and not phone cameras then again perhaps thats a blog for another day!
